Compliance with DAC7

What is DAC7?

DAC7 stands for Directive on Administrative Cooperation (7th amendment). This EU regulation requires digital platforms like F2F.com to report the income of sellers (both individuals and businesses) to tax authorities in the EU. The aim is to increase transparency, reduce tax evasion, and ensure fair taxation in the digital economy.

📢 Secure your payouts with this quick update!"

We’re introducing a simple update for all EU creators to keep things smooth and compliant. Starting next week, you'll need to provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN) in line with new EU regulations under DAC7.

This ensures F2F.com can securely report income as required by tax authorities, keeping you future-proof while supporting a fair digital economy.

What’s a TIN?
A TIN is your tax number, either personal or business-related.

  • If you’ve added VAT details, we’ll need your business TIN from your VAT record.

  • If you haven’t added VAT details, we’ll ask for your personal TIN instead.

In the Netherlands, this could be your BSN (Burgerservicenummer) or RSIN (Rechtspersonen en Samenwerkingsverbanden Informatienummer).

When Does This Start?

  • Next week: You’ll be asked to provide your TIN.

  • From 1 December: Providing a TIN becomes mandatory. Without it, you won’t be able to access your account or process payouts.

Missed it? Don’t worry—reminders will pop up until the deadline.

Is My Data Safe?
Absolutely! Your TIN will be securely stored in our database and used solely for compliance reporting. It will not be visible on the platform.

Why Is This Important?
This one-time step safeguards your payouts and ensures your account stays compliant. Thanks for getting this done - your future self will thank you!
