We use adult-friendly payout partners to route your earnings securely. These providers channel the payout, but the process always depends on the bank account you connect. Challenges can already occur during setup: some banks do not allow adult-industry transactions, which can cause the account to be rejected or blocked when linking it. Even if the setup succeeds, these banks may still return, freeze, or decline payouts later once transactions begin.
Banks apply their own risk and industry policies, and many classify adult-related payments as “high-risk” or “restricted.” When that happens, the bank may interrupt the payout flow even if everything on our side and with the payout provider is fully in order.
As a result, payout issues often originate on the bank side: failed linking, rejected account setups, returned transfers, blocked payments, or account closures. These decisions are made by the bank and lie fully outside our control.
Why this happens
Some banks and fintech services do not allow adult-industry payouts.
Examples include:
Airwallex states in its policies that it may restrict payouts involving adult-related business activities.
Even if your account is accepted at first, transactions may still be blocked later once the bank flags adult-related activity.
To avoid problems, please make sure:
Personal accounts are under your exact legal name.
Business accounts match the registered business name and documents.
All documents are correct and up to date.
Most importantly: that your bank allows adult-industry payouts.
If you link a bank that does not allow adult:
If you link a bank account from a provider that does not support adult content, we unfortunately cannot support this setup. F2F.com explicitly does not allow users to change their payout accounts to providers like Revolut, Wise, or Airwallex due to their known restrictions.
These banks are highly likely to block, return, or freeze payouts and neither F2F nor our payout partners can override or fix their decisions. Transactions to unsupported providers may initially appear successful before being blocked or reversed once their systems flag the activity as against their policies.
Because of that, we cannot troubleshoot issues with banks that prohibit adult-industry transactions; the bank is your provider, and only they can confirm whether the activity is allowed.
“How do I check my bank?”
We know the wording in bank policies can be confusing or feel a bit heavy.
Here’s what to look for in their Terms & Conditions:
“adult content” or “adult services,”
“high-risk business,”
“restricted industries.”
If anything is unclear, the safest option is to ask your bank directly whether they accept payouts from adult-industry platforms.
