Kant-en-klaar model voor een melding van illegale content onder artikel 16 van de Digital Services Act.
Wanneer gebruik je dit model?
Gebruik dit model voor een melding per e-mail aan een dienst die zich op gebruikers in de EU richt, als die dienst geen meldformulier heeft of als je veel URL's tegelijk wilt melden.
Heeft de site of host een formulier? Gebruik dat dan altijd.
De tekst is in het Engels, omdat de meeste ontvangers buitenlands zijn.
In deze melding noem je twee gronden: je auteursrecht én het zonder toestemming verspreiden van seksueel beeldmateriaal. Zo sta je het sterkst.
Stuur je melding naar het DSA-contactpunt of abuse-adres van de site; reageert die niet, dan naar de host, het CDN, de registrar of de zoekmachine.
Tips
Maak per ontvanger één melding en stuur je URL-lijst mee als bijlage.
Je naam en e-mailadres zijn verplicht. Gebruik een apart e-mailadres voor handhaving, niet je persoonlijke adres. Vul alleen de informatie in die écht nodig is.
Noteer de datum, de ontvanger en het ticketnummer in je bewijslog.
Hoor je na 7 dagen niets, stuur dan een herinnering.
