Understanding Account Suspension, Removal, and Reactivation on F2F.com
F2F.com enforces strict policies regarding account management to maintain a safe and respectful platform environment. Below, we address common questions about account suspension, removal, and reactivation, providing clarity on these actions and their consequences.
Reasons for Account Suspension or Removal
Accounts on F2F.com can be suspended or removed for violating the platform's Terms of Service. Some of the common reasons include:
Violations of Community Guidelines: Actions such as account sharing, abuse, harassment may trigger suspension or removal. Offering/arranging of real life dates may also lead to immediate suspension. Refer to our content & behaviour guidelines for all details.
Repeated Violations of Creator Boundaries: For example, an unusually high number of blocks in a short period might indicate non-compliance with F2F.com’s guidelines.
If an account is removed or suspended after a compliance investigation with conclusive findings, the decision is considered final and will not be reconsidered.
Consequences of Account Termination
When an account is terminated:
Any active subscriptions associated with the account are automatically canceled.
Payments made for already-accessed content are not refunded.
Attempts to open new accounts may be identified by the platform's systems and may result in additional measures.
Policies on Account Reactivation
Creator accounts that have been deactivated or removed cannot be reactivated. For creators looking to create content again, it is necessary to submit a new request after a designated waiting period, which is typically 90 days. This cooling-off period allows the platform to reassess the user's eligibility. Note that in principe, deactivation is permanent, so only in very exceptional cases, F2F will be able to approve creation of a new creator account.
